Over 300 pages of my joyful adventures in the mountains, along the coast and in places where I am at height looking down on stunning scenery.

I have gathered all these pictures together, more for my own joy and pleasure and as a reminder of the amazing things I have seen and experienced, as well as some of the walks where I have really challenged myself – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – to get to the highest point that I could.

Every one of those walks has a story behind it and every one of them was an achievement for me in some way. Every step to those highest points was worth every bit of effort it took to get there. Some have offered me some of the greatest personal transformation I have experienced.

So, yes, there are are over 300 pages of ME in this book, beaming and radiant as I have walked and enjoyed the wonders of nature. My own selfie pictures are not always the most technically brilliant but it does not matter. All the photos are me living my dream life and following my passions.
